There was a recent UCSD study on e-cigs which resulted in the publishing in the newspaper.
I'm sure you've seen lots of articles, but I saw in this article something I had never seen before. I've been going thru my articles to keep "pile", but it isn't there right now.

Anyway, the head scientist published that cinnamon flavorings in the e-cigs damage the cells. I will try to find that article and give you the link to it. It was in the San Diego Tribune, so I will try to find it for you.

Meggers comes nearly every day, during the week. I don't usually see him on the weekends.

I've been looking for something to replace Cinnamon Red Hots for a very long time now. I haven't been able to find anything that would be close to an all-day vape. I'm aware of some of the issues, and I have that tongue/pallet issue, but it's all that I like. Anything else either tastes burnt at a Voltage/Wattage high enough to produce enough vapor, or I absolutely don't care for it at all.

I have been pushing it a little too hard lately ... not getting enough sleep, and got to feeling extremely uncentered and sluggish. Eek, I even had two cherry pepsis last week ... not to mention a couple of pieces of strawberry boston cream pie the week before.

Okay, I'll chat ya soon ... just wanted to mention that about the cinnamon. I love Capella's blueberry cinnamon crumble, so I know what you mean.

VG.....I do hope you can find a replacement for CRH juice....I have read several reports about the dangers of cinnamon in juice. And cinnamon is so good for us, otherwise.

Oh well, at least we're just in a small double-wide mobile home; how hard can it be?

So far on my third load of laundry, dishes almost finished, floor's vaccummed ... just who's smart idea was it to lay carpet in a bathroom anyway?!

Nothing real exciting today. Currently sitting in a waiting room waiting for DW. She is having some nerves in her back burned. She has back pain and this is supposed to stop it. When I get her home she will go to bed and I will clean the kitchen! Real glamorous day!

LOL.....some of us lead really exciting lives. Maybe that is why we like the threads so much. Our little "get-a-way".

I am having a little get-a-way starting Wed. morning. Girlfriend and I have signed up for a ladies night out bus trip....going to Shipshewana, IN. Doing some shopping, eating some Amish food, taking in two shows, and a night in a motel. Two days of fun. Both shows are comedies, so I am really looking forward to those. And one of the places we are shopping is an Amish bakery.....there goes another inch on the waistline.

Poor Glam.....so many bakeries, so little time.

Afternoon all!

Lurch hope all goes smoothly for wife. DH has back (neck) pain which is caused by nerves and it kicks his .... big time!

Linoleum cut. On to getting it put onto the floor!!

Dale I did some vacuuming too. Had to move a bunch of stuff in the living room to do the cutting so I took the opportunity to vacuum before putting every thng back into place.

Doing laundry too. Ugh. I think Glam should bring me some pastries.

Got a few things to do before heading out in about an hour so onto doing that.
