    Oh, Dale....not again!!

And as far as who attends your funeral... I have a feeling none of us will care who attends our funerals. Come see me while I am alive! That is my motto. And I love seeing you every day on this thread.....alive and kicking. :toast:

Alive? Yes! Kicking ... occassionally

Sure can tell it's Monday, ECF is sooooo quiet
Oh, btw; last night when I said I was going to tell my girls goodnight .. I meant on my thread, not the dog

Seems I'll be going back to work for a while soon :)

Edit: Hi busy busy JJ! :)

Tink....time to get up and get started on that list.....after having more coffee. That is my modus operandi.....and it is a good one.

 One more cup and I should be ready to get started :D Maybe ;)

Nothing real exciting today. Currently sitting in a waiting room waiting for DW. She is having some nerves in her back burned. She has back pain and this is supposed to stop it. When I get her home she will go to bed and I will clean the kitchen! Real glamorous day!

Aww, I hope the treatment helps DW's back pain!

Yep, ECF is my entire social life
I was just yesterday thinking I should start spending more time with people who would actually
attend my funeral someday

    Afternoon all! :)

Lurch hope all goes smoothly for wife. DH has back (neck) pain which is caused by nerves and it kicks his .... big time!

Linoleum cut. On to getting it put onto the floor!! :w00t:

Dale I did some vacuuming too. Had to move a bunch of stuff in the living room to do the cutting so I took the opportunity to vacuum before putting every thng back into place.

Doing laundry too. Ugh. I think Glam should bring me some pastries. :D

Got a few things to do before heading out in about an hour so onto doing that.

Wow! You've been busy!! Sorta makes me feel lazy

Well, got the DW home. she was hungry so we stopped at Olive Garden on the way home for lunch.
Thanks for the well-wishes. She seems to be doing OK, a little sore from the injections but put an ice pack on her back and she is laying down.

Now, to get the kitchen cleaned! :glut:

Hope you folks have a good afternoon. Will try to stop back by later this evening....

Hello, Beach Babes and Buddies. :)

    Hello, Sun.

    Hello, Teacup.

LOL.....some of us lead really exciting lives. Maybe that is why we like the threads so much. Our little "get-a-way".

I am having a little get-a-way starting Wed. morning. Girlfriend and I have signed up for a ladies night out bus trip....going to Shipshewana, IN. Doing some shopping, eating some Amish food, taking in two shows, and a night in a motel. Two days of fun. Both shows are comedies, so I am really looking forward to those.

    Hello, Honey.

Wow, that's about a 2 and a half hour bus ride. What two shows are you going to see?

    Hello, Lurch. :)

I hope the procedure works for your DW. :thumb:

Stupid storms, interfering with my social life! :glare:

    Still? Sorry to hear that.

I feel much the same way.

    Hello, Sweetie.

See ya later. Be careful out there.

Good afternoon, VG. Going to see Jean Robertson (female comedienne who loves making fun of DH) and a play called "Half Stitched, the Musical". Both have great reviews.

I made out a long list of things I'd like to get done this week. Hubs looked at the list… laughed… and said "you know you aren't going to get half of this done" :glare:

At the top of my list for each day I should write 'spend time on the internet'. Then I could at least check one item off each day!
    Good idea! Do it!!!

 Is this a good thing??

Oh yes! I'm bored outta my gourd and we spent a lot of money recently on land and a car so I'm sure DH could use a little help repairing the savings account

Is this by any chance what you were talking about?
Is Too Much Cinnamon Bad for You? | LIVESTRONG.COM

    No, that's not the one.

I haven't found the research that Seabrook was talking about, but there are several. You can look at these . . .

Cinnamon flavours in e-cigarettes: how inappropriate research can misinform the public and the (amateur) professionals

Cinnamon flavours in e-cigarettes YouTube with Dr. Farsalinos

Mount Baker Vapor was the first to pull all Cinnamon Juices in November of 2013, creating this panic, so a few others followed, but look at what they are carryinig right now . . .

Mount Baker Vapor - Search Results for "cinnamon"

In the research I did last night, it appears that Shu-Hong Zhu, PhD, of UCSD, is about as against anything e-cig related as it gets, as are most of the California authorities.

This Cinnamon thing appears to have been a huge scare tactic, mostly due to misinformation.

As is a lot of the stuff we read about ecigs. I do hope it is not true....especially if it keeps you off cigarettes. But I suspect you will stay off tobacco cigarettes, since you cannot tinker with them. :D

If any of you are looking for a nice smooth tobacco with great flavor and vapor....I would suggest NLV "Gold". And it is clear!! I think I may have finally found my go to supplier. The only fault is the plastic bottles....but they are dark so that light does not penetrate. I will probably pour mine into glass bottles with eye dropper lids.

VG...you need to try this, and add just a drop or two of your CRH.....I think you would love it!
