Morning, Beachers......am having coffee, doing laundry, cleaning bathrooms, and watering plants that are not exposed to rain, all at the same time!


Yep, this is me this morning.....

Well, on 2nd thought....not so much.

Do have a lot to get done....hubs wants to leave on our tiny mini vacation....1 day and 2 nights....about 3 this afternoon, so I will be scurrying.

I'll be going to the City's 4th of July Celebration tomorrow. It starts a 7:00 Central. I'll leave early to get a good parking spot and a good seat. I like to be centered in front of the band. Gotta bring lots of .... cushions for the concrete stair-type seating.

J. Diamond Washington & Company will entertain the crowd at Friday’s Rock the Red event at the Riverfront Levee Amphitheater. The New Orleans band performs a variety of R&B music from classics to today’s top 40 hits. The evening will end with a fireworks display over the Red River.

LOL.....I have that disorder too....maybe it is catching. I think I got it here on the beach.

Getting ready to get myself cleaned and packing done, so I may not be back until Saturday. We are coming home Saturday morning to do all the things we should have been doing instead of playing, and then we have dinner plans with friends Sat. night. Going to the local winery to do a tasting, then out to eat. I have never been to our local winery....and I have a feeling after looking at the prices online, it will be a one bottle purchase.

If I do not make it back, Beachers.....please have an enjoyable and safe 4th of July. Happy Fireworks!
