Spent the morning chatting with Microsoft. They took over Hotmail and I'm still trying to get my accounts straightened out. Thought I had it done this morning before going shopping. Got back home and back to not being able to get to my inbox. 8-o

So again, I'm waiting for someone to get on chat to straighten it all out again.

Yeah...doing some work. Spent all weekend going through my Dad's tools(the man is a hardware store). He's pretty bad now. So confused and can't keep an organized thought in his head. Keeps apologizing for being such a burden. It's sad really. We're moving Dad and Mom into an assisted living apartment this week(if Dad lives through it). I keep telling him he's no more a burden than I am and I'm thirty years younger! ...

So yeah...I'll be in and out. I...I haven't forgotten you though.

They did make it today - but don't carry the part needed to repair it They are not the company that did the original heat/air and apparently it is a 'big' capacitor (whatever that does )

My cats do that now too What's up with those felines, anyway??

It's starting to get pretty darn hot in the house The weekend was relatively cool (high 80's) but today is hotter. The upstairs unit is working, so we have fans at the top of the stairs, trying to push some cool air downstairs.

Hi, everyone. Back from seeing sis....it went well...I took her gourmet flavored popcorn and some watermelon. She gobbled it right down, and she was so happy to see me. I always cry a little when I leave her....I know she is lonely since she cannot talk. But she and I have no problem communicating.....the expressions in her eyes communicate very well.

And a hug from me to Meggers....it is so hard watching people we love go into declining health.

Thanks, Lisa, for the birthday wishes....it was a fabulous birthday. Hubs is always nice to me on my birthday.

It is hot here today...they are calling for storms and a cold front tonight, so hopefully, that cool air will move in Tink's direction, and then she won't look like this when she puts on her makeup.
