Been searching for a "chew-proof" dog bed. Found some good ones… but I can't see paying $125-$150 for a dog bed And, believe me, hubs would be able to see it even less My big ol' 'bear' () of a dog scratches his chin on the carpet we have on the porch for him. He has rubbed huge calluses on his little chin-chopper So, I would like to find something that would be comfie for him to lay on, but that he couldn't rub with his chin. I'm thinking about one of those gel pads that people buy to put in the kitchen for when they stand and cook. Wonder if he would be able to chew that up??

I think he'd rub his chin raw on a gel pad.

Hubs just called.....he is going to help his boss's old secretary install a new countertop in her condo tonight. She had to move 65 miles away to keep a job with the company since his boss got fired and they closed his office. Anyway, he has agreed to drive 130 miles round trip several times to help her do some contracting type work on her condo. I am going along to make it impossible for him to do anything except the contracting work. Not that I do not trust him.....but WTH????? Why did he agree to this?? Do I not keep him busy enough? I believe in helping people, but this might be a little overboard.

Anyway, I will tag along and keep a watchful eye on them..... Can you tell I am not too happy with hubs right now?

So guess I will not be around tonight. See you soon.

Hahahaha! That makes me think of one of our "graduates". He found himself with a little money, drove to Jax, bought some smoke and beer, robbed a bank and headed back home. Imbibing along the way he got pulled over for weaving. When the officer asked if he knew why he had been pulled over the idiot replied, " Uh, because I robbed that bank in Jacksonville?" bahahahahaha! What a dumbass.

I'm about the same "around" as I have been for about 6 months. Wearing 34" waist jeans now.

Nah, I'm still around. I've been busy with stuff, answering PM's, and emails. I get tied up in these things and don't check back as often as I could. I will be going out again today, though.

At least I don't have a 160 mile round trip. And I'm not working for an old sexytary, so there's nothing for my Beach Babes to be concerned about. HA!
