Tink.... sigh. You know when they start telling you it could be something bad that it always is. Out last air conditioner was 6K and now it it time for us to replace ours too. Hopefully it will last for another year. Yours too.

Taking the bus with my ladies group into Chicago today....going to dinner and then see Motown the Musical. I am looking forward to this since I love live music....and Motown music is right out of my teenage years.

Yesterday the AC 'boy' got it limping along, but there are bigger problems They are sending somebody out today to check out the board in it. If that is bad (and the boy thinks it is) then we will be having to shell out big bucks for a new unit The kid said now days they are making units that only last around 10 yrs - and that is how old ours is. They were planning to try to get somebody out here around 9 today, so I could sleep. It is 9:36 and still haven't received a call from them. Sigh. I'm really not wanting to stay up again all day today, and then go back to work tonight.

Sorry, Tink. I don't know why they couldn't just replace that board. The A/C in this rental house is an antique, and they replaced that board about 2 years ago.

Glam, we are going to have to nail your shoes to the floor to keep you home!!!!
