I almost face planted over some roots today.
OK JJ,my thighs are starting to ache. There was a lot of stepping up and down onto and over rocks and roots in the path. Not used to that.

I have been apologized to for the wait and thanked for my patience about 400 times now.
Oh,it's tricky too. Water drips down so the steps are always wet and slick. The only thing to keep you from falling is a thick wire cable to hold onto.
