Yeah - I let a new one soak for a whole day and even then it took another day for it to start feeding correctly. I have two other cartos going as well - a standard with no holes (sucks to refill all the time) and the old one that sort of gurgles. I need to soak two more for my trip so they are ready. Damn, smoking was soooo easy. Sure stinks though.

Nope - no idea. Of course I haven't checked the thread since I paid. I hope I like the nautilus.

Most people love it. It doesn't get air through the 510, so no leaks there, or anywhere else that I've heard of. The only possible place would be the air hole in the side. Most people don't have a problem with gurgling, either, and that can be dealt with using the airflow controller.

IIRC, a thicker juice may need a smaller air hole for better flow/saturation. If it leaks with a thinner juice, the air hole should be set bigger.

There's a Phil Busardo video I can send you or post here that will show you everything there is to know about it.

The Heads can be rebuilt, too. Let me know if you want me to do some for you.
