That would allow me to rip out the cabinets over the island which would really open up the kitchen. Then I need new floors for kitchen, cat room, laundry room, and half bath - all the same.

Naw - it's down in there. It soaked up 1 1/2 tall condoms worth. The hole on the side is dry though. The others are juicy.
