No forum this morning. Stopped at Pizza Palace for burgers and onion rings it K-town. It's one of the joints featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. The onion rings could feed four lol.

Got pool time in, got home, GD back in the hospital. I went back out the door. Grab some Subways and headed that way. It's some kind of virus. Nasty thing too. She is through the worst part of it but still not drinking or eating. They finally got her to take some pedialyte. She has to down four little bottles of this. Otherwise they will put her on an IV.

It's a waiting game now so I came home, but if I disappear you know why.

I don't know if I should show DH that. He might actually like it.

Wow, she has had a time with that, hasn't she? And it seems like it was less than 6 months ago that she also had a virus that sent her to the hospital, right? Does she stay in daycare? The only time she is around bunch of kids is at the church. They and a nursery there and it's share and share.

Poor baby. Viruses can be bad. I hope she will take the Pedialyte.

Good afternoon, Beachers......watched my recorded 2 hrs. show.....American Idol. Then made a pot of soup cause I had some veggies here that needed to be used.....boiled some chicken, and then threw in the veggies....mainly cabbage and carrots, then added some ramen noodles at the end. I cannot believe how good it turned out. Ate two big bowls of that....then needed me a nap!

Tink....your redneck roll made me laugh....tho, I am not sure we should be making fun of people who find such creative ways to use things. I loved the bird feeder. And the tan? My hubs works outside in our yard wearing shorts, and work boots with mid calf socks. Then when we go anywhere he has on shorts and sandals......he looks just like the guy with the no head tan....only it is on the bottom.

jj....I am hoping Piper gets some nourishment in her...what a frustrating age because the poor little things are too young to understand what is needed from them.

But a lot cheaper than a holster....and a lot easier to obtain. You know there are dozens of websites dedicated to how to use things for other things than their intended use. Most of those ideas probably came from south of the Mason Dixon Line.
