I hate that for her (and her parents!). Glad they were able to get one… trying to put an IV in a screaming, dehydrated toddler = not fun!

They put globs of a cream on and covered it with big band aids while I was there. It was to numb her skin but takes a while to work. They did it just in case they would have to and good thing. Guess she didn't even flinch.
