This lady (Chalene Johnson. Program is ChaLEAN Extreme) explains why it is so important to eat every 2.5 to 3 hours (which I've heard for years from my health-nut hubs). She says that when sumo wrestlers need to gain wait, they make them skip breakfast. Because skipping meals makes you hang onto fat.

Now I know why I have started getting the physique of a sumo wrestler :D

You would not be a true American if you did not eat fudge when on vacation. Every vacation place has fudge....and it is always displayed where we feel that we have to have some. :)
