Oh shoot, who needs them.
Left over roast beef, potatoes, green beans, and carrots from a couple days ago. Easy. Then DH and I watched a show we had recorded.
I tried.....but us old ladies are having trouble staying up with you young'ns.

I have white spots in the eyes before but like you it's when I stand up fast. Hasn't happened in a long time and it passed quickly.
