Thanks for the well-wishes My headache is mostly gone, just a little lingering ache. I don't know if that is 'leftovers' from last night or if it is from allergies. I do think I will skip the exercising today, though

I am glad you are going to another job (or another appointment on the same job) VG I bet you are tired I hope you get some rest tonight.

I hope Glam is having a good afternoon with her friend and Dale is having a good day at w..w... And I hope JJ and Sun get their FB project taken care of

Tink - glad to hear you are some better. Migraines are awful - don't have them much anymore thank goodness but it was bad during my teens and twenties.

I still get them. My grandma used to call them "blind spells." I still get one every couple of months. Damn things will ruin a day. When I see those bright lights I take a bunch of aspirin cause I know what's coming. HEADACHE!

A sleeping mask helps a lot too - blocks that horrible light!

Sorry to hear you still get them. There's not a whole lot worse imo with nausea and pain.

I've never had nausea and I can dull the headache but...it just ruins me for the day. It's like it takes all the energy out of me. No strength...nothing.

Hi, Sun and Meggers and Tink and.....any other viewers.

Just running through....going to finish laundry and do some house work. Been online shopping for 3 hours (supplements and vitamins)....and I am tired of this computer!!

I have never had a migraine, but I know plenty of people who have them....and they/you all get my sympathy. I know what a regular headache is like, and that is bad enough.

OK....getting my oomph back now to start moving.

Heck - I'm that way today. WEnt outside to pull weeds and lasted about 10 minutes. I did go out and sweep and blow leaves and grass clippings where dh cleaned up out front. We are in the midst of of our bi-annual leaf drop.

I used to get migraine's regularly until my DD was born, haven't had one since Don't know what that kid did to me but I'm forever grateful!
