Good morning, Beachers.

Dale.....you are going to be dragging this afternoon. Hope you get off early and get home for a nap. :)

Good day, Tink.....sleep well. :)

I am taking my sis' massage therapist for lunch today. We are going to one of those places where you put your veggies and meat in a bowl, and then they grill if for you.....Asian food. So fresh, so good! Hubs is going to be putting in our new yard lights which I found online....and in the boxes, they look great. We shall see.

No casino tonight.....rooms were all sold. So I booked for tomorrow night....then we will have to get up early for Easter Sunday and head home.

Hope you all have a great Good Friday. :)

Not well....I tried it. If you are brave enough to try with the nautilus, let me know how it does. Yes I'm chicken!!

Hellfire - I didn't think of that! I am using CRH in it now. Guess we'll see how it holds up. If it doesn't, I just wasted a bunch of money!

It should be fine. I'm just chicken!!

Good morning beach :)

Been to the pool, and just finished brunch. The only thing on the agenda this afternoon is putting an Easter basket together.

Dale hope you stayed home!

So….. my son wanted to have friends over this afternoon. He was warned that I had to sleep and they need to be quiet.

I think it is impossible for a group of 18-20 year olds to be quiet

So I'M UP NOW!!! :grr:

Where're my beachmates to keep me company??? :?:

Man, I hope it is going to be a good night at work tonight

The place we went to lunch was fabulous. The selections of picking for stir frying were colorful, healthy, and the freshest veggies I have ever seen. You are allowed two bowls....one for veggies, and the other for meats. Then they help you pick out the sauces you want the stir fry chef to use. In addition to the meats and veggies, there is also spring rolls, crab rangoon, soup, and fried rice on another buffet table....and a whole dessert table, which we never made it to cause we were full to the brim from the stir fry. Lunch and drinks for two=$15. :headbang: A definite reorder.

Man, that sounds good! I am sitting here with my stomach growling as it is!

I don't typically like Chinese food from restaurants. One reason is I get soooo thirsty after eating it. But it sounds like that place uses 'real' ingredients that probably wouldn't cause that.

Yes....the only msg if there is any, would be in the sauces. I used garlic, siracha, and Pad Thai combination that was really good....there were about 20 to choose from....and they let you taste any/all before you made a decision. I would rate this place as the best stir fried (called fried, but they really grilled with it mostly water which turned to steam when it hit the veggies/meat), that I have ever eaten. It is fairly new in our area, but I will go back....hopefully I can drag hubs there. He is not much of a veggie eater. But he can load his bowls with meat. :D

I do love going to Japanese steakhouses where they cook on the grill in front of you… and provide a little show with it! I haven't been to one in a long time. I think next time we get together with our friends I will suggest that! :thumb:

I love those too.....but I love all Asian food. I like all those veggies grilled with their sauces. And what a great place to go with friends. :toast:

Since we are on the subject of veggies, I just got back from buying some for a veggie tray Sunday.

They had bags of stuff all cut up and ready to go but they didn't look so good which means I get to cut it all up.

Worse part is finding something to put it all on. I might just put it all in bags and let my SIL figure it out.

So bad of me.

Yes....you are so bad. You SIL probably has a tray, or even a cookie sheet she could put tin foil on. Would definitely be easier for you to transport in bags. :)

What veggies are you taking?

Cutting up all those veggies is so labor intensive. Buying a couple of boxes of donuts is much easier :D
