I need to start thawing and cooking....getting ready for dinner. Hubs is starving.....and I am stuffed. Hopefully by the time I get it all ready, I will be a little hungry....chicken fried pork cutlets, mashed potatoes, white gravy....the finest in comfort food, (calories and fat.)

Sorry I didn't sign off last night or say hello today. I started nodding in my chair and went to bed, trying to keep from waking up too much. Still took a long time to get to sleep, though. Got up today when I had to and rushed to get ready to go. It was a good day. Got in 3 hours. We finished up and visited a while, so I'm just now getting home.

Hi Beach! Didn't do much here after this morning. Somebody (Fancy?) pooped in the hallway outside the bedroom and dh stepped in it and tracked it all through the house. That took awhile to clean up. Thank heavens for hardwood floors! I loaded and ran the dishwasher and scooped litter boxes. That's it. Unproductive afternoon.

I went to town, got a haircut, did a little non-food related shopping, took DD & GD to the new Long Horn Steakhouse (fair); and took a looooooong afternoon nap

Amazon!!!! They should be cheap....been around for a zillion years, but still one of the best things for veggies.
