Sorry to disappear....daughter called....her new $130 birthday shoes I sent her last week are tearing up already!! 
So now I have to deal with Eastbay, and a new order and a credit She is returning them....at least Eastbay is an easy company to deal with. This is the third pair of these shoes she has had.....the first two pairs performed very well. China is making its stuff even cheaper!! I did not know that was possible.
