and I do have to get out of here on time. Friday is the night that I take the racks and burner covers off the stove, the glass plate from the microwave, and racks of the toaster ovens and put them in the dishwasher. Then give everything a good cleaning.
Off into lurk mode I go.

And I will let you get back to researching, VG. I still need some more sleep...but tomorrow will be an RnR day for me. Am looking forward to relaxing at the beach and coffee and the news tomorrow morning.

Good morning beachmates
I didn't come play last night. I was in a blah mood and I have been sleeping A LOT the last couple of days. I haven't had any energy and have just felt like chit. Not sure what's up with that, but am hoping for a better day today
I had to go with my younger son yesterday to get his tire plugged. I think I've mentioned he is not very social (although that is getting a little better
). He also does not like to take care of 'stuff' on his own… he is so afraid they will ask him a question that he doesn't know the answer to, and he will look "stupid". So…. I went with him but then made him take me to the Lowes (Home Improvement) across the street from the tire place. I bought the pole and hardware to put my grandfather's 'spinner' up 
And we were in son's Mustang, so we were driving down the road with an 8' pole sticking out the window Maybe next time he will decide he would rather not take mom along

Great night here.....went to bed at 11 and did not wake up until 7:30 this morning. I do not get that much sleep often, but it felt really good.
Tink.....do you take any supplements? Vitamin D and Vitamin B complex are both good for providing energy....and they are absorbed well by the body. Or maybe an iron deficiency? There is always Geritol.
Can't wait for pics of your windmill when it has been mounted.Going to go watch the news now...have not seen any for a couple of days. Need to get my violence fixation....our news comes from Chicago.

Glam, I do take a vit B complex as well as Biotin. I had wondered about iron/anemia, but my blood counts have always been fine
I am (past) due for my yearly check-up. I am sure it will be checked then. I also wondered about my thyroid, even though past tests have shown it to be 'normal'. However, there are many health experts who believe the "normal" levels are inaccurate.
I did walk with DH this morning. I am getting ready to go out in the yard and do some digging. Several the the shrubs in one area of the foundation are half dead and I am tired of watching them struggle. I'm going to dig them up and dig a hole for the post for my windmill. If I have any energy left I plan to clean up the windmill (spokes are rusty, need to oil the moving parts, etc)

Well, not much!! It is a day of rest n relax for me.
But....I have been doing some research, and find that the new BVC's are the latest technology....and I just ordered a batch of BDCs for my aspires. I swear I am going to quit buying anything....I just get to liking a product, stock up on sales, and BAM!!! Something newer and better comes along. My stash area looks like a graveyard for outdated ecig supplies.
