I've always kind of wondered if cats even recognize their names?

Cadeau does. She usually comes when I say something like "Where's my baby cat?", but when I call by several ways and she still doesn't come, I sing her name Ca ^deeeeeeeau, and she comes.

I know they do....our girl who just died could be sound asleep and if you mentioned her name, her ears would start twitching. And she always came running if you called her by name. Of course I probably used a different tone...maybe that is what she recognized....the baby talk.

Yup. Sometimes I say it normal, and sometimes I have to get sweet or baby with it.

I think they do unless you change their name often.

I didn't think it would be appropriate to show pictures of me later in the evening when I took off my shirt and started dancing on the table. I figured ECF brass would put me in the sin bin for that. If any of you ladies believe it wouldn't be a problem with ECF management, i'll post pictures of that. lol

Hello, Beach! Ahhhhh.... a satisfying but long day. I spent two hours at foot solutions this morning and came away with some snazzy leather clogs and some sporty little everyday shoes along with some insoles for my boots. I have now returned to Shoe Queen Status.
