Yes...the ones that I can no longer exercise with. I do miss it and them a lot. But I tried to go back, and I just cannot do it...in fact, the dr. said pedaling and stretches are all that I should do since I can damage the cartilage even more....even with walking.

Yes...the ones that I can no longer exercise with. I do miss it, and them, and ogling the young male trainers a lot. One that does not allow men....I loved it. Could jump around and droopy parts could flap and flop, and no men staring at them.

Or is this just certain workout classes?

Well, gotta go....I have several emails to get out so we can make the plans for this mini vacation. One of the girls mentioned taking the train....it comes into the area right on the beach, but it is only a 3.5 hour drive and if there is a huge layover in Chicago, might not be worth taking the train, so that will be my job to check on that.

Nope women only......small town place run by the locals. It is perfect for us old gals..not much pressure.
