Good. My sister called and said my Dad wasn't doing well. I went to see him. He was on the couch looking like a corpse. I got him up and made him go down and eat. He needs to keep moving and eat. I think he's kinda like in the "I'm done" mode.

Meggers - it did take daddy some time to adjust. He didn't want to go down to eat. Finally he did, made some friends, and then didn't mind being there. Keeping him up and moving is critical. It is amazing how quickly the elderly lose muscle mass. Keeping him in my thoughts... And you too.

Water is up to 92! Solar cover did not go back on.

Off to get some roast beef, green beans, and a potato out of the crock pot......yep it's supper time!!
