Morning, Tink, thanks. I texted those suggestions to hubs....and he loved them also. Guess we are dating ourselves....and he is the younger one. I was out of college and raising kids when that show first appeared....he was still in high school.

Are you off for a while now? Or is this the day you volunteered yourself for w....w.....w....?

Yep, I am working 3-11 today  I keep telling myself "hey, it is only 8 hours"

I look forward to hearing your stories of the antics of Lenny and Squiggy

Thanks, jj.

VG....my CoolFire 1 is doing weird things...I keep having to turn it on to vape....it keeps shutting down, and I do not want it fixed. Not worth it for a $29 unit that I have had trouble with off and on ever since I got it. So now, I am going to research vw e cigs to see if anything is out there besides that $70 unit that innokin just released. I am not sure I want another innokin product....Loved the CoolFire when it was working, but there has been too many problems. I do want vw only if I can find it. I like a pv that adjusts itself.

It could be that the batteries need to be charged, or replaced. If it's not that, you could contact the place you bought it to see if it's still under their warranty.

You said, "I like a pv that adjusts itself." If you mean that VW adjusts the Voltage, then yes. It's like a set it and forget it setting for any ohms of "topper." I can't blame you for not wanting another Innokin. I haven't been impressed by any of their products. Not so much for quality (I haven't looked into that), but for limited features.

Afternoon VG, Glam, JJ :D

Love the new names, Glam

Hiya, TinkerBabe.

I saw this and thought of you . . .

Glam I wish that you had paid more attention to the SID that I showed you. It is very simple VV to use.

The SID may be VW also.

OK, Glam,

The SmokTech SID is VV and VW, but it has the same one-button menu system as the ZMax...

• 510 Threaded
• Wide drip well, fits most 510 and Ego Atomizers
• Uses 18650 battery (18mm x 65mm IMR)
• PCB with 4 Amperage output limit
• User selectable Voltage or Wattage Control
• Voltage Control Range: 3.0--6.0 V with 0.1 volt increments
• Wattage Control Range: 3.0--15.0 watts with 0.5 watt increments
• Improved 360° turning button
• Short Circuit protection
• Reverse battery protection
• Battery Monitoring
• Over-Discharge Protection
• On/Off Mode
• Vented tail cap
• Oxidized aluminum body
• Clear digital display
• Selectable Main Info Display: atomizer/cartomizer resistance, battery under-load voltage, atomizer/cartomizer Output voltage
One button-click menu system similar to the ZMAX

I think a three-button system like the Vamo would be a lot easier to use. Yes, there are three buttons, but less confusion about what they do.

:shock::shock: Enough detail on that one button to send me right over the edge!

I looked at the Sigelei 20W....but that is too much pv for me. I want my CoolFire....but working correctly. I think there is something wrong with the connection on it, VG....it will show red lights only, but if I loosen the atty, it will vape ok for a couple of vapes...then start blinking red again. Repeat with messing with atty connection, and I can vape again. Too dang much trouble....and I have had that problem off and on ever since I got it. I tried raising and lowering pins on both the atty and the battery unit...did not help. My ePower would be perfect, if it had just a little more oomph...which is what I got from the CoolFire. I really do not want to mess with settings!

I will look at the vamo, but 3 buttons might send me over the edge too.

Most of that list is just features that will be found on any PV. I included everything to show that it's much the same as the ZMax, which you couldn't operate before. So the SID is out.

The Vamo can be used with a single 18350 to make it shorter, and it's not as big around as some 18xxx PVs. You may like that.

Afternoon VG  Funny!!

I guess I need to get ready to go :( I hope you all have a great afternoon!!

:wub:s

G'bye, Tink.

Not easy for us challenged vapers. I have no clue what ohms, watts, volts are needed for my attys. I just want to attach and get a great vape. Lazy woman that I am.

That's it Glam, I don't know that info either. I'm lazy when it comes to gathering it. Three presses of a button brings up an option. One more press brings up another. Once I get what I want, I wait a second and then adjust.

I know too much info. I will show you this next time though. :)

Gonna have to run a bit so I will CULz

The Battery inserts a Voltage into the circuit of your PV when it's turned On. Voltage sets up a Current flow of Electrons in any circuit. That Current flow is measured in Amps (or Amperes). The Atty is the load, which is a Resistance to the flow of Current, and that Resistance is measured in Ohms. Current, measured in Amps, multiplied by the applied Voltage equals Power, measured in Watts.

For a set Voltage, as Ohms decrease, Watts go up because Amps increase. Think of a wire with Zero Resistance, which is a Short, and that pulls the Max Amps possible. This relates to Ohms decreasing. As Ohms increase, Watts go down because Amps decrease (the Resistance to Current flow increases). Ohms can increase to the point of Infinity, which is an Open Circuit, and there is Zero Current flow. It's really all quite simple. :D

WAKE UP, GLAM!!! There will be a test on Friday!
