The Battery inserts a Voltage into the circuit of your PV when it's turned On. Voltage sets up a Current flow of Electrons in any circuit. That Current flow is measured in Amps (or Amperes). The Atty is the load, which is a Resistance to the flow of Current, and that Resistance is measured in Ohms. Current, measured in Amps, multiplied by the applied Voltage equals Power, measured in Watts.

For a set Voltage, as Ohms decrease, Watts go up because Amps increase. Think of a wire with Zero Resistance, which is a Short, and that pulls the Max Amps possible. This relates to Ohms decreasing. As Ohms increase, Watts go down because Amps decrease (the Resistance to Current flow increases). Ohms can increase to the point of Infinity, which is an Open Circuit, and there is Zero Current flow. It's really all quite simple. :D

WAKE UP, GLAM!!! There will be a test on Friday!

You do know Glam will never be the same after reading that!!

Thanks luv. That's pretty cool (feature-wise), but I wouldn't buy one. I'm not going to spend money on a throw-away device. It probably wouldn't last me a full year because it's only a 2200 mAh Battery that I'd have to charge twice/day, so the battery would go bad. Plus, the charge port is USB on the bottom. I think that's a bad place for it... horribly inconvenient. And since the battery cannot be changed like an 18650 Mod, I wouldn't want that design. Someone may figure out how to get it open to change the Lithium Polymer battery (a flat cell pack like in cell phones), but it won't be me.

It seems pretty stupid (not that I don't understand this Job Security thing) to make a throw-away device of this caliber today. Innokin does it too. At least with the VaporShark that Sun bought, you can send it in to have the battery replaced for around $25. I guess that's another difference between a $50 device and a $170 device. But even then, I wouldn't want to be without it all that time.

Amen to this....I have not had a disposable p.v. since I bought my first ePower in 2011. Seems such a waste of material...at least I am only throwing away a battery, not the whole unit.

Sorry I just disappeared....hubs came home early, and we decided to make bread pudding out of some cinnamon donuts I bought that were dry. The bread pudding is delicious....I am trying to stay away from it even tho it is talking to me.

Hi Beach! Bela taken to vet. He is now living in the condo so he is forced to use the recycled paper litter. He had litter all caked into his raw feet and it had to be cleaned out. I will dose him with doxycyline twice a day and hopefully that will help his feet mend. If that doesn't work the next step is another med, and if that doesn't work they will do surgery and remove all the extra foot pad. My poor little boy. He doesn't understand why he is in that cage and is crying his heart out.

I'm tired and going to bed soon. The cold is still raging and although I did sleep better last night I am very tired.

    Good night, Beach!

Aw Sun. You go through so much heartache.

    Sleep well my friend (((hug)))
