The computer I've been working on had a bad hard drive, and Dell sent a replacement with Windows 7 installed, but it came with Internet Explorer 11 on it, and the customer needs to have Internet Explorer 10 for now, for compatibility with a site they frequent. I couldn't revert back to 10 from 11, so I called Dell Tech Support. They took over the PC and couldn't do it, either. So now I have to format and start over with a DVD that I have.

The Image they used was all recent stuff, and had to be according to Microsoft, because the PC is 2.5 years old and they didn't have the original Image to put on it for me.

So now I have to rush to get this PC ready for Monday.
