lousy battery life ?

just got my provari today and must say, wowzers ..so much nicer than 'The Buzz' that I've used up until now. Looks so classy and solid and it creates great vapor!

Anyway, I got 3 x AW IMR 14490 batteries with it because from experience with the Buzz, 1100mAh gives me only half a day's worth of vaping or 6-8 hours.

However I am only getting 2 hours exact with the 1100mAh AW IMR 14490 at same voltage as I used on the Buzz and with the exact same atty (Ikenvape 510HV @ 3Ohms)

What should I check, if anything ? I've already checked the contacts and bottom cap / spring and there's no overspray so grounding should be good. I got the satin silver ProVari with standard batteries/cap only.

Actually to clarify ... it was 2 hours before the LED started flashing at which point the battery showed to be 3.7V

When does the low-battery light come on, is it 3.7V ? When does it shut off ? If it shuts off at 3 to 3.3 V then it's actually 4 hours that I'd be getting which is actually reasonable.
