I started with a 901. Picked up a pen, acquired several EVO/401's, Got a KR version of the mini fogger... Blah, Blah, Blah. I have to say that though I have only had the thing for a couple of hours, The Lady Pipe is killer! I was really impressed with the 401 when I got it but the pipe exceeds all my expiations. I know I have to use it for a while to really know but the first impression is better than any first impressions so far!

I'll never give up the 401 as something that I can stick in my pocket and go but I am really loving this pipe! Feels really nice in my hand.

yeah - I feel very lucky to have found the ladypipe first of all. I keep reading about all the trouble people have with this, that or the other other devices, hassles with atomizers, thin smoke, strange tastes, flooding carts, etc. It is just so easy - fill, suck and enjoy!
Of course, I've only had it a week, but it's a joy to use - rich vapour, lovely flavour delivery, good battery and cart life. It's the nads!

Some people collect all the devices going, and experiment with all the flavours they can source, but leave me on a desert island with my minipipe and a couple of gallons of TW French Pipe 36mg, and I could happily see out the rest of my days in comfort.

Of course, I'd need a crate of atomizers and a solar charger I guess, but it's still my idea of heaven (and a couple of pints of violet essence would put the cherry on the cake IMO :))

Hello,

any idea, where i can get some atomizer and maybe some batteries for the mini pipe with shipping to Canada? Searched a lot, but nobody has some in Stock. Ok i have read the 801' s would work as well would be an option too.

We have two pipes, one is working great, the other one needs three long puffs, till it start working and even then she not produce much vapor ...:(

We quit our analogs, so returning the faulty one to smokejuice_co_uk is not an option - because its better the nothing.

Thanks in advance!

I love my pipe too! Once you get the atomizer problem solved, you just can't beat it. I have 2 now and 2 more coming from the bulk order. I honestly will be carrying 4 with me then. My poor pens got packed up....now I fear for my KB! :(

The pipe just works for me....that's all

BTW...I want to talk to SJ about starting a Lady (Mini) Pipe subfourm like the rest of the models have. Then maybe I can move the other posts over there so anybody looking for info on it can just go to that one spot.

How does that sound?

sounds like a good idea lu.....the pipe is quite worthy of place of it's own.

I absolutely loved mine too.... got it about a month ago. However, 1 dead switch and 5 dead atomizers later....I don't know...kind of expensive. Two of my atomizers died off within six days of rotating them.....so three days each. My last atomizer died in one day. I mean it was vaping like champ and then suddenly it fell of a cliff. Between all this I tried bestecig atomizers on the lady pipe....they still work but the taste is horrible.

Every one thinks the atomizers are the issue with this pipe...I think it might be the switch. VapeAllDay said that his 801s ats work great with his minipipe...except they only last one day on his pipe before taking a nose dive. Meanwhile, his 801 ats don't die off like that on his penstyle batteries. That leads me to believe it is the pipe switch that is the problem.

Anyway...I hope we can resolve the issue with the minipipe....because when it is working properly it is truly a great device.

Grimm, I say this....you have to like the shape. That, to me, is a big part of the allure...."the feel". I have said before how "comfortable" the pipe feels....just relaxing, is the word. It's not at all awkward like some models.

Today, after everyone left work, I sat back in my chair and just vaped happily away. Ohhh...it was just so good! I just wanted to sit back and close my eyes....without a care

So I'd say if you are at all inclined toward a pipe style, you would most likely enjoy this. Like anything else, it has its "learning curve" but when it's good...it's fantastic!

I've ordered half a dozen from Eastmall.net (and another 3 batteries.) They seem to have plenty of stock (black and white @ $8 a throw,) and certainly ship to the UK, so I guess they'd ship to Canada too. They haven't arrived yet (only been 3 days,) but I'll report back when they do.
The original atomizer is holding out well, despite heavy use (and some abuse), though it's still early days of course.

I'm for calling it a mini-pipe, basically because it's a tiny thing and not especially ladylike imho. And yes Lu - this little gem does deserve its own subforum.

Touch wood my atomiser problems have gone away since I have been using a fresh batt every hour or so. By keeping it "hot" the atts seems to be keeping clean, with no partially vaped liquid clogging them (which I think may have been happening when the batts run low). It's just a theory but it's been a couple of weeks on two white pipe atts with so far no noticeable decrease in performance.

Has anyone else noticed? When I charged my batts, they didn't seem to quite fit all the way in the charger so I didn't force them. I mean, the red light came on and all, then turned green as it should so I figured it was working ok.

But last night, kind of by accident, i actually snapped the battery in there. It fit perfectly! So all this time, I haven't been charging the batt with it completely in the charger. Hope I haven't damaged it. Duh!

Anyone else do this?

just out of curiosity, do you gentlemen refer to it as a "lady pipe" and does the name bother you at all? i noticed some people calling it a mini-pipe.

just asking.

It doesn't bother me, though "mini-pipe" seems more accurate (I doubt there are more ladies using it than men anyway.) It was advertised as a "mini-pipe" by theelectroniccigarette.co.uk where I got it, and labelled "mini-pipe" on the box and in the manual, so I tend to go with that. I hadn't heard "ladypipe" before browsing these forums.

It's actually less "mini" than my analog smoke - I usually enjoy(ed) a mini corncob "Missouri Meerschaum" which is quite a bit smaller.

Yeah, it is a VERY tight fit, and the battery terminals are getting quite scratched on mine, but I don't think that's a problem - it's not like it's buckling or splitting or anything.

But last night, kind of by accident, i actually snapped the battery in there. It fit perfectly! So all this time, I haven't been charging the batt with it completely in the charger. Hope I haven't damaged it. Duh!

So long as there was a clear electrical connection (as evidenced by the LED,) I can't see this will have caused any problem - you'd have noticed by now if it hadn't been charging I think :)

I'd add my vote for a subforum for this device - it certainly deserves it!

Mini pipe, Lady pipe... I think i have seen it as both in advertising. This pipe is what I EXPECTED the pen to be when I got it. There is no comparison to the 801 that I received but I may have gotten a bad one. I gave it a good try but it never really satisfied me.

Lu, I think you are ok with the battery. As long as it is getting a connection and charging... Better to have it snapped in of course. The stuff is rater dodge in a lot of ways.

Shortly after I came here, I saw the advertisement for the Lady Pipe and knew I wanted one of those babies right then. A few members on here made comments about why was it called a Lady Pipe when probably mostly men would be using it?

So I see they changed it since to Mini Pipe....and somewhere, the Micro Pipe.

It really doesn't matter mcuh to me at this point.

And thanks for the replies about the batteries guys. They don't seem any different so I guess they're alright.

I did ask SJ some time ago about a pipe subforum. Guess I'll have to bug him again :p
