Did nobody else here have switch issues with the chuck? Loved the device, and will agree that at 3.7, it was in it's own class as far as vapor production goes. But I was getting about 2 months per switch. Still have it, but never sent it back the second time. I might work on it myself this time around and see what I come up with.

Nope. Had mine since December, abused the s**t out of it, dropped it on metal tables, concrete floors every day at work. What have you, I've done it to this poor Big Chuck and yet....not a single misfire, switch issue, battery issue, nadda. I am going to send it back just for some TLC and keep her running right but not until I have something to use in its place.

Is it a coincidence the Hellen A. Handbasket had her Chuck born on 9/9/09? Flip it upside down and you get 6/6/06.;)
Nope...

Here is the last one I had done by him in March. Love it!!

No matter what else I buy, I still vape my mods by Jeff all the time. Reliable for sure. I really don't think I'll ever sell any of them.

I buy purses and handbags that have nice deep outside pockets and keep them in there.

I've thought about making a lanyard for it. My idea was always to go find an O ring that fits tight and just suspend it with a nice leather thong or even chain might do just fine. Something like the bottle lanyards (you'd think it would be a good fit, but I haven't tried one).

Here is the idea from the bottle lanyard that should work for the Chuck with the right size O ring:

Let me know if you do it. LOL
