low nic vs no nic juices

OKay, as the title states I'm looking for any opinions on differences in taste between the 2.

I'm not coming off cigs, so nic isn't really that important to me, but I am enjoying some 6ml vanilla tobacco juice & just picked up Halo Turkish in 12ml. Yeah, its a bit stronger than I prefer but I liken it to the occasional cigar I smoke.

Do you (general you) find juices taste better with some nic in them, or the no nic options?

As a newb I haven't tried any none tobacco flavors yet, should I?

I appreciate all thoughts & suggestions, I want to order some samplers but trying to figure out if there is a big taste difference between nic & no nic flavors.

I've vaped everything from 0 nic to 18 and have not noted any change in flavor. You will see a huge dip in throat hit as you go down in nic. This is the only reason I don't cut out nic entirely.

Thanks Dcoin, I was reading on one site that they suggested to get a sampler with no nic to "get the true taste" of the juice.
I also saw that some vapor groups suggest at meets to use low or no nic juices to share, I think they meant low or no at least. The reasoning being that you may smoke 18 or 24 juice whereas it would just about kill me to smoke 12 or above.

So, trying to figure out if the taste changes or not. Throat hit.. hmm. Well, I was coached in smoking cigars that you really don't want a lot of throat hit if at all, unlike cigerettes, 2 different smoking styles. And since I'm a smoker that smokers hate in that I could smoke 1 or 2 from a pack then not touch them again for a month or so, I don't think I'm looking for major throat hit as it is.

But thank you for the info, I'll keep looking around & reading threads, the one of most overrated e-juice is interesting.

For me I started vaping nicotine liquid and when I started to drop down I noticed a different flavor, I preferred the taaste with the same juice with higher nicotine. BUT if you aren't addicted to nicotine stay at zero I had a friend get addicted to nicotine just from vaping and he almost never bought a pack of cigarettes as long as I've known him.

As an ex-smoker I like the peppery tingle the nicotine gives me in the back of my mouth/throat. Reminds me of what I used to get from analogs. If I don't feel anything, I subconsciously seem to want more and vape a lot more. I've found that 9 to 12 is what keeps me happy.

Shortly after starting to vape, my doc put the fear of deafness in me. I dropped from 18 mg to 0mg overnight. I then went on a search for a 0nic juice that satisfied. I did not find satisfaction until I went back up to 3mg. YMMV

thanks all, as I said I am/was a "semi" smoker. Right now technically I'm not supposed to be smoking any nic but I do get the rare craving & figured the 6 would be a good one. The one thing I did notice last nite is the 12 I got seem to affect me, not in a good way, so I guess I'll have to put the Turkish one away for now. I'm lucky in that it wasn't a big bottle, so no big deal if I cant smoke it.

I think sometimes you need to vary your nicotine based on how much vapor you're producing. For example, if you have a device at 30 watts and vaping 18-25 mg/ml of nicotine, the throat hit will be almost intolerable.

When i first got a protank awhile back, the crazy shop gave me 26mg nic, don't ask why, I didn't know what to get. Man that throat hit was hard has hell. Anyhow, went to 18, to now 12 on tanks like my Kayfun, on a RDA 6mg. The difference is mass down on throat hit and well, the nic fix you get from the lower nicotine in the juice it self.

BTW The reason ppl drop the nic levels in RDA's that have bigger holes and as well as attys that give more vapor is because, the MORE juice you vape, the more mg of nicotine you are putting in your blood stream. So if I hit my RDA with 6mg HARD and blow out a huge cloud that 6mg probably doubled and you'll feel it boy, oh will you.
