Low Res Carto on Regular SI Volt Battery?

Just wondering if it is safe to use a low res (2.0 ohm) carto (like a boge low res 808 carto) on a regular 220 mah Volt Battery? I just got a variable voltage device and I really love the vape I get with a 2.8 ohm carto at 4.4 volts and I was thinking I can produce the same effect with a 2.0 ohm carto at 3.7 volts. I'm thinking that both combinations would push about 6.8 to 6.9 watts, thus the same effect? However, I am not sure if this puts additional strain on a 220 or 390 mah battery or creates a safety issue...any thoughts or help? THANKS!!

Probably be better to use a low res cart on their x2 battery.

for the amount of mah, it would die to fast to really be beneficial. i try not to use lr or dual coil options on any thing lower then 650 mah(smaller ego battery).
