I have a collection of e-cigs including several mods.
My vaping habits have changed over time, I used to vape almost exclusively at 6V with HV atties, but now I almost always vape at 3.7V with an IMR 14500 in my ICON with either an LR carto or an XL carto.
I also use a Halos and Rivas regularly too.

Not sure what you mean about cartomisers changing from one device to another, can you clarify?
All cartos are designed to be disposable, but you can usually get several refills out of them so you should get a few days out of each one depending on how you vape, but like everything, each one varies.
