I recently bought the new SID, and it was working great the first few days. Lately, I am getting a Low Vol error and cannot get any vapor when I try. Both batteries were charged about 18-20 hours. I am relatively new to the vape game, but am really frustrated by this development. HELP!!!
I have the same 33.3 chip on my Sigelei's and Vamo's, and low vol means the batteries need to be replaced/charged. I suppose it could be a short, but I'd check the actual voltage on the battery with a volt meter, or another APV device.
Try scuffing the negative spring with some fine sandpaper for better contact. If you have a multimeter, check the actual battery voltage. Be sure the battery contact points are clean, too.
I am having this issue as well - I have a Sigelei ZMax V2 and my batteries work fine in it, but the SiD shows Low Vol. Anyone have an idea as to what the issue could be? My Sid is less than a month old and I'd really like to continue suing it.
