The zlide and zenith are about as leak free as vaping gets.

Out of the 6 z coil options only the 1Ω kanthal (large wicking holes in body wood pulp organic cotton wicking material) would take 20 - 30 watts for a few vapes without damaging the wicking material.
On Innokin's site they provide a chart with the z coil options and specifications for each one.
---> Innokin Zenith Coils are called the Z Coils now! – A Better Vape Experience

When the wicking material closest to the coil scorches or burns it can no longer absorb liquid, every time you take a vape it pulls more liquid into the head. If the liquid can't be absorbed by the wicking material it has no other place to go but up the chimney through the drip tip causing a wet sputtery vape or to leak out of the airflow inlet holes.

If you pull more liquid (from your inhale strength) into the coil head than can be vaporized it will also flood / gurgle / wet sputtery vape / leak out of the air flow inlet.
