Glass of red wine iceman. Or some sort of alcoholic drink. Fix a small drink, watch a little tv in bed and crash out.
But what I find interesting here... is I still smoke cigs before bed. I have to have 2 cigs as it really knocks me out. Also if I wake up in the night, its tough for me to get back to sleep unless I have a cig. Cigs actually make me more tired. Relaxed. I have yet to break the before bed smoke but soon.
Lol. Yes I agree. However when I drink I "drink". So I've almost completely stopped since NYE. Had maybe 2 bottles of wine since then.
I tried 12mg last night starting around 9:30. It seemed to have worked!! I went to sleep pretty late but slept all though the night! I did wake very tired but still. I'm going to run with it for a month and chart out the results. I'll prob get some of that 8mg sleepy time juice from nhaler and give her a whirl also.
