I was a die hard PallMall Red 100's type - running 24mg right now and doing well.

2 packs marlboro lights a day, started with 30mg but quickly went to 24, seems about the right place for me. I burn about 1.5ml a day.

2 to 3 packs or Marlboro Mediums per day. Now cape 18 to 24 mg juice. Started with tobacco flavors but found since I wasn't smoking I really didn't want to taste tobacco so I have switched to fruit flavors.

30 years 1-1.5 PAD... started with Parliament while in high school, then switched to Lucky Strikes Filter, Camel Filters & Marlboro Reds for about 15 years, then to Marlboro Medium when they came out . I moved from California $5 a pack to Long Island $10+ so I quickly switched to the Indian reservation $3.50 Seneca Reds the last 4 years

I started with 18mg and now I stealth vape 18mg while at work and than 12 mg when I am home & chain vaping

I was a PAD (more if I was out for happy hour…lol) Marlboro Lt 100's for the past 25 years. I started the whole vamping thing with intentions of ditching the analogs about 2 months ago. 24 mg coffee is doing really well for me. When I want to 'chain vape', I switch to 18 mg cinnamon roll and coffee mixed.

About 1 1/2 pad of camel filters, smoked for 27 years. I started of with 24 mg nic juice, but now that I am into rba's and both regulated and mechanical mods, and vape at high watts, I have had to reduce my nic level to 12 mg. Contemplating dropping it some more, my builds are just getting to good, and getting a good nic buzz with the 12 mg.

I went to DIY juice several months ago. After starting with my first re-buildable atomizer, and increasing my watts vaped at to 15 watts, I noticed a dramatic increase of juice usage, and had to find a way to lower my costs and worrying about running out of juice. Have been very satisfied with my recipes, and developing more ADV's as I go along. Generally have 4 or 5 different flavors on hand at all times. When I get low on one flavor, I just mix up a new one.

I smoked one and a half PAD of Marlboro Light (gold) 100's for 25 years. Started out with 25mg juice but switched to 18mg juice after a couple weeks. I also vape 12mg before bedtime. Dropping down the nicotine in the evening seems to help me sleep better.

I smoked hand rolled Old Holburn for 30 years, i made them prison style though (skinny), started on 24mg juice and found it way too strong, on 18mg atm but am looking to drop it further...
