The first time I vaped in '09 I started at 24mg and 18mg, I was at 4mg - 0mg in a month. Turns out it wasn't the nicotine that was making me feel bad it was the PG, but I can't say there was any withdrawal cutting that fast.
This time I started at 11mg (18mg was too much because I was chain vaping getting over wanting a cigarette) was down to 5.5mg and then part time 0mg in 2-3 months, moving into most of the time 0mg after that. This time no problems with VG.
But I did have physical problems with no nicotine so my hopes of no nicotine was ended after I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis after about 6 months. I've since moved up to 18mg and my vaping intake is much like my smoking was @1-1.5PAD lights.
Very curious, Nic helps the Colitis or lack of Nic aggravates it?

. So I'm wondering if even 11mg is too much? I only use my e cig as and when I would an analogue, and it's giving me a bit of a croaky throat. I have no 'intention' to quit vaping, it's not really an issue, but I do want to be nicotine-free!
