Is it just me or does anyone else have a burnt taste problem LR attys & cartomizers using VS Vapor brand? I'd tried 510 & 306 attys cuz everyone says you get more vapor & flavor. I've also tried several brands of LR cartomizers.
My latest was the tank system & I got the LR eGo-T atty cuz it was cheaper. Worked great, no leaks,tank lasts all day, but had that burnt taste. Went & got a regular T-atty today, put the tank in, PERFECT. That great VS Vapor flavor, nice throat hit, & lots of vapor.
Now I've given all my LR stuff away, including the Ego-T, to friends that vape different brands & they all seem happy with. I also tried some Halo brand in a friends Ego-T & no burnt taste. So I've come to the conclusion that VS vapor juice doesn't like low resistance & seeing how Cafe Sumatra is all I use,I'm done testing LR anything. Anyone else want to chime in on this?

I think your issue may have been an ego-t one rather than the juice. My wife uses those and they are very temramental. Sometimes burning. Sometimes flooding. Both regular and LR. Some say wick adjustment helps. She lives with it and likes them.

All I use is LR cartos. And the VS juices (tobacco's) taste great for me. And I've only just begun exploring his flavors.

I've been using VS juice for over 2 years, mainly Cafe Sumatra & can never get a good flavor with LR equipment. I have been mostly using the regular Boge cartos for about a year, but I LOVE the flavor I get from a reg. 306 atty, so I keep one of each going all the time. So maybe it's just my taste buds, maybe they don't like LR anything

I gave the LR tank atty to a friend that uses a different brand yesterday & it tastes OK (just not VS) with no burnt taste.

Some say wick adjustment helps. She lives with it and likes them.

Pizza, how do you adjust the wick? I can't even see a wick.

I want everyone to know this is not a rant against VS, just a question to other VS fans. Eric has bailed me out & saved me from buying analogs more times than I can count, even meeting me to replace equipment after 5pm. No, I'm one of Eric's biggest fans & supporters.

I never had much luck with it myself, because I can't see it too good either. we just buy her more atties and throw them in a pile. Maybe someday.

But if you check this thread it has a video by Vicky that a lot of people talk about works for them.

Same here (well, not VS juice exclusively, but I do vape VS regularly). Nothing but great taste with LR and DC cartos. I've tried ego-T and 510-T tanks, and found that it was just a matter of time before I started getting burnt taste.

The tank atties were a problem for me. They are very inconsistent. Some work GREAT, and some are burning and nasty from the first draw.

I went to the boge 2.0 cartos because they seem the most consistent. The dual coil are pretty good, but seem to clog up and turn my juice black and tar like faster than the boge do.

Yeah, this tank thing is convenient, but very inconsistent & like all attys, need maintenance. I think I'll keep one for those long road trips, but think I'll stick to the carto's. Use it a week, throw it away.

Let me start by saying that I LOVE Tampa. It has been 99.9% of what I've vaped in the last 3 months, but.... VS Cafe Sumatra just tasted burned to me no matter what I put it in. I tried it in 2ohm Boge cartos, 2.5ohm cartos and in 1.5ohm attys at 3.7 volts and it just tasted burned to me.. Could it just be a part of the flavor of that juice??

WHAT CHEW TALKIN' BOUT, WILLIS?!? Don't you be talkin bout my vape! . . . I been using the Sumatra for over 2 years now, but I know some folks don't like it. It's all good, VS brand that is.
