What's the difference between a 2.7 Ohm Cartomizer and an LR Cartomizer?

About .7 ohms. The LR should be around 2.0 ohms and will produce a warmer fuller vape.

I see...I heard that one sucks up more juice from the battery but I forget which one it is and was also wondering how significant the difference is...

LR will use more of your battery than a standard resistance carto. You should not use the LR stuff on smaller pen style batts. The battery depletion is in the range of 25% less run time on a ego type batt using LR vs standard. Hope that helps
