I love it when I spend like twenty minutes on a reply and have like ten paragraphs and then I hit 'post' and see that, while I was busy writing and editing, three other people wrote and posted perfect, two-sentence replies that said everything I said only better. Man, I gotta work on my brevity.
Been there, done that:)

I still have "Lucid" dreams and am very aware of them. I also have narcolepsy and insomnia, seems a bit hypocritical but it is what it is. My dreams are like in HD now that I've been off the smokes for so long and they have gotten better, not worse. I actually enjoy most of them. Before I made the switch I had bad dreams like I was drowning or choking and it would wake me up with a start and I'd have bad anxiety afterwards. I hope yours turn around into something more pleasant soon!

I'm experiencing this as well...just wanted to chime in. Like another poster said, try meditating before sleep ... it really helps what I dream about and how well I'm able to control my dreams. Otherwise they are horrible, spin out of control, and give me bad anxiety when I wake up...not fun. I had one the other night that I was put under a curse by some old friends who were worried that I manipulated everyone around me ... they tried to cast a demon out of me. Then I was driving my boyfriend home after dinner and I became drunk after having a plain ol iced tea and he started beating me in the car and the left me on the side of the road, when I was really having a medical problem that he wouldn't help me with. He just called me crazy and then left me. Crazy stuff...better when you learn to control it lol.

Thanks all for the responses. I guess I should have said the dreams were vivid and not lucid. Its not something im really worried about, just wanted to see how many other have had the same thing happen, or to see if there was any specific reasons. I do pretty much chain vape before falling asleep, so that could be whats causing it along with the other few things suggested. So thanks for all the advice!
