Look is it just me or is everyone else not seeing what a big problem this is? I will state again this has nothing to do with GG sales and about being patient. I didn't even attempt to buy a GGTS from COV. The issue is I can see another customer's data in my account!!!!

I don't care if you are an IT director or have 20+ years experience in the field. If you took this kind of attitude in the IT field no one, I mean absolutely no one would ever trust hosting their data with you. It's great that COV is PCI compliant. But they would fail every other audit in the IT industry because other customers can see other customer's data. That is the problem!!! The information is on their server. They have the means to fix it. They should fix it!!

I'm 100 percent positive that Bruce is a great guy. This is nothing personal. I just want the problem fixed.

scoo, I know that pse was totally right and of course I agree with him. We can together bash Bruce if he will not do anything about this issue. But we can together give him congratulations if he do the best he can to avoid things like this in future.

I think we're all in GG together and using titles such as noob should be stopped. Some of us are more experienced, and others are interested and getting involved. The intensity of the names being tossed around seems to be creating challenges and are argumentative and angry. Put a check on the emotional outbursts, and stop with the discriminatory language.
