Sure, but I think there's little to no chance I'll get in.
Worth a shot though. That thing looks incredible. I really like the fact that this dude did a bunch research and prototyping before releasing this. That's how quality products are created; through research and development, trial and error. I heard the Marquis went through a similar process as well.

It looks pretty standard, is there something I am not seeing?

Limited release. Exceptional fit and finishing (but nothing earth shattering). Unique lead securing method for the wire (Though I doubt it is good for thicker wire since it needs much adjustment). And supposedly good flavor generation due to internal demensions.

Oh and the people that want to get into the group. You can't until the next batch is fulfilled to prevent the influx of people trying to snatch them up and trying to flip them. RRP around $140 without accessories I think. Market value $250-$500+.

It's a nice looking atty but it seems more aimed towards light wickers and as mentioned above the thinner wires, it looks like you'd have trouble getting a dual fused clapton in there and even if it did or does fit you have the center post hole or closer higher than the negative post's which will kind of force you to install the upper most leg of the coil in the middle post which gives you a lower one on the outside which will cut down your wick area if you like lots of wick.

Unless its aimed mainly towards squonking machines i think its flawed :)

Nah no real flaw. It's just not your target and mine. The only true flaw is the initial arrogance and claim of only 100 ever being made just because he felt like it. But physically the only other real flaw is using gold plating. After so many heating and cooling cycles and wires being torqued against the plating 100s of times, there is no way that stuff won't flake.
