Frustrating ain't it!!
Makes me wish I could suck him through a worm hole....or, while he's online somehow make his computer flash in big strobe letters...PM BOB PM BOB 
He might show up and be like "whats going on I was in the hospital for weeks and that was my dog logging in and out".
OK I'll quit but I'm sure there are many other possible explanations.....
The only explanation I see is he's a Jackhole and this is what jackholes do (no offense Jack)

Strange thing is that his last actual post was on 4/25 but might not mean much since he doesn't appear to be a big poster since he has less then 3k posts since 2009
My last post on this until I hear something from Willy or a friend. His latest login was today 9:42 a.m.
I'm done trying to figure out why he won't return my pm's. I believe now I have just made him angry. I need to clear my head, take some time off from this and simmer. There is something I feel I should say first.
I thought by bringing this out in the open and making it public I could find out information about his whereabouts/condition/etc.etc.
My intent was not to make WillyB look like a thief, but reading this thread through it's entirety, I believe I have come very close to doing just that. I knew somewhere along this journey somehow I was going to end up feeling guilty. That time has come.
I have enjoyed reading and chatting with WillyB and his expertise in this field of ecigs on Vapers Forum. His knowledge and candid behavior is something I have always admired. He has helped many noobs and this includes me. I'm sure in the near future this matter will be resolved. I stay true with what I have always believed about this man. Good, Honest and trustworthy.
The support I have received here is A+ and you all have my thanks. I'm asking we keep thinking good things about WillyB and not to judge until information is forthcoming.

Well said Rocky. Don't feel guilty take a breather and hopefully some resolve comes of this. We humans can be quick to jump to negative conclusions before enuf time has passed. Again I hope all works out for you take care fellow Reo owner ( I hope you do have another )
He offered a service, asked for money, and is now holding your mod hostage with no communication.
Kinda easy to infer a few negatives, IMO.
