SWEET! I see another order in my future next month! The m401 is the only ecig I am interested in at this point...

I think his batteries are the best out of all the other suppliers. I can get at least 9 sec cutoff, as opposed to the regular 6-7sec. I also think his logo makes it look better than just the plain all black.

He has a new shipment of supplies coming on the 4/29. Also, he ships everything for FREE. Atomizers $7.95 & batteries $13.95. I stocked up on his atomizers when he was selling them for 6.95.
 
nope, in one night I placed 3 orders. Once I knew he offered free shipping, I bulked up on parts. I have 9 of his batteries, I love they way they look, and they perform awesome with the longer cutoff.


Wow.. The longer cutoff has me sold. Do they seem to stay charged longer? And thanks for the wholesale password. BIG difference! Well worth it.

Unfortunatley I had not yet read the Companies that consumers should be aware of section that is posted here.
Why? Did anyone warn against buying from them?


After that, it completely stopped working. I immediately notified the company that there was a problem. They gave me troubleshooting suggestions- which was fine- but none of them worked. At this point it was clear that they sent me a faulty product. I was then informed that they wouldnt send any replacement parts or a replacement UNLESS I PLACED ANOTHER ORDER!
At least me and ruuku here has received such an "OFFER". They replaced for me free once without any new purchase. Subsequently, i accepted their offer of replacements in my next order. This was highlighted in the earlier posts of this thread. I don't see any problems with this. Usually, we would be required to ship back broken stuff for replacements but i have never needed to do so with AEC. They have replaced to me for free with no obligations before and i have never mentioned this thread to them.

When I suggested that this seemed unfair and like a rip off- they became insulting and started accusing me of trying to commit fraud! Thats when it got ugly. Then, after I read the warning here I told them that they were listed as a company not to do business with and demanded a refund! After several more e-mails where they accused me of being a lier this was their final reply:
I still don't understand why you claim that they are blacklisted here? I am quite sure they are not. Almost all of us has had good feedback about them and most of it are fantastic reviews.

I am assuming that the email is unedited. For such a reply to be given to you, there must have been some helluva exchange in the middle. Like it or not, the first paragraph of the email makes perfect sense to me.

This is very unlike them. Sorry if i do not buy this.


So basically they are saying that this forums section on warning other people about their shotty products doesnt exist- and that I am a lier and a scam artist. I should also note that my bank HAS NOT confirmed any refund yet. I would also like to note that this e-mail was sent to me less than 5 minutes after I sent my last e-mail to them so I doubt they even looked at all.
The section exists but are they listed as a bad supplier and publicly warned against doing business with? I cannot seem to find it so it may appear that you are lying especially to someone who has not been to this forum.

If they refunded via Paypal (which is the only mode of payment they accept), they should not need to look at it. A click of a few buttons would have been enough to refund to you. Did you check your Paypal or credit card?


I have all the e-mails that were sent both from myself and the company if the administrators or reviewers would like to see them or post them. So I would like to ask these questions:
I would like to assume that i am the reviewer since i started the thread. Please send them to me. Posting it here is a cheapshot as suppliers are unable to reply here. Not to mention that the supplier is not even in the forums.

How many complaints do you have to receive on a company for them to make your warning list?
Why? Because they have refunded to you? They mentioned that they have done as you wished. So i am assuming that it was according to what you would have liked. You have taken such a shot at them even after refunding to you. Integrity?

It seems that you had asked for a refund in exchange for not contacting them anymore. Why would anyone do that? And most importantly, why would anyone agree to this?

Has anyone out there had a similiar experience with Absolutely E-cigs
Not me. They have been fantastic. There are many more who will agree with me.

I am calling part BS with this. If needed, i will contact the supplier for their side of the story. A third member could also do this to ensure transparency. Any takers?

wow fedor, I totally agree with you. I just finished reading this entire thread the other day and no one has had a negative experience with AEC, because if there was even a problem they were quick to apologize and correct it. I haven't even gotten my 402 from them yet and I already have a good opinion of them, not only because of what I've heard but their customer service has thus far been incredible!

i second the BS call, my friend.

Thank You so much!!! You rock! These prices are actually in my budget. Can you please explain to me what the difference is between ordering refill cartridges and refill catridges with e-juice and 20/ml E-juice w/PG before I order so I dont make yet another mistake? And what is the deal with e-juice?

I would be happy to send you all of the e-mails , mine included so you can see exactly what was said! You are free to post them if you wish. I just wanted to see what the other opinions were. I was extremely dissappointed. I was really excited when I ordered from them and all I wanted was a product that worked. Thank You for mentioning Paypal. I had completely forgotten that I ordered it through them. I just checked and I DID GET A REFUND so I stand correct on that. I was checking with my credit card for the refund because that is where I thought it would go. As far as the BS- like I said- If you guys would like me to post the e-mails so you can be the judge- I will. Or if just you would like to read them then let me know where to send them to. I have read many comments about faulty parts and difficulties but when I read the warning that was when I really got upset. I posted to ask the qusetions that I asked at the end.

I will ask the same from AEC. I will not show each party what i got.

If you still insist on taking this further, i will post my findings after gathering the stories from both sides. Or i could even get a third party to do that. If you want to move on, i'll forget about this. Just think of me as being nosy :rolleyes:

Seems like you've been wrong about a few things already. The refund was made. They are not blacklisted or warned against on the forums. I will not be surprised if you got other stuff wrong that resulted in the whole fiasco.

What was the warning that got you so upset?

sorry I missed the part where you said to send it to you- how do I do that. I tried to post the url here so you can see what I am talking about but the system wont let me because I havent made 15 posts yet, sorry. Basically take off everything after the slash after forum and scroll down and you will see the thread. I double checked again and it is the first thread at the top. Also I would like to PUBLICALLY ADMIT that I was wrong about the warning- it is e-cig.com not absoulutely e-cig.com and I did not realize that they are two different companies until I typed it in my browser. I thank you for being so insistent or I never would have noticed. The fact still remains that I said that only at the end when I was completely frustrated and upset(which is probably why I read it wrong! Dont I feel like _____fill in the blank!) I will let you be the judge. Please tell me how to send them.
