M201 Hands down. I've compared it to the Janty KB, which is, from what i hear, the Definitive 801. The M201 is, in many ways superior to even the best 801. TH, Flavor, Vapor are all superior on the 201. The only places it loses is in juice consumption (a trade off with massive amounts of vapor), and the fact that its parts are not compatible with the 801s. This is its fatal flaw and the reason why its not as popular as regular 801s. As accessories go they're pretty even, but the 801s still have a slight edge with their manual batteries.
[edit] The draw is also easier on the 801, while the M201 is only slightly harder.

I keep reading that people are using the M201 attys on Janty Sticks. They have to be somewhat compatible if that's the case.

Depends on the version. V1s aren't sealed, V2s are... Thus, an M201 won't work on the V2, as the stock battery relies on 2 draw holes in the battery thread itself to intake air. If you want to use an M201 on the JSV2, you will need to either make an adapter or modify the stick.

Not sure about it one way or another. They don't mention it one way or another in this thread (V1 vs V2), but I put the question to them and also have some m201s on the way so I'll see in my V2.

M201 > DSE801 .
Get one, you know you want to :)
(I really wish the M201 atty worked on my PS 801 PT, though..need to drill some holes..)

I just looked at the devices in your signature: "Current vapes: 510/Dura/Titan/Yeti, M201, Greencig G300, M401/Pilot/Evo, KR808D-1/VK/EasyCig/Nebula/Zeus, J118/VX2."

You're a pretty senior* guy around here, wegster. Yet you're still fiddling around with those low-voltage e-cigs?;) Oh, that's right, you use the passthrough (and a good one at that). Well, if you don't mind being chained to your computer.

As for the topic of this thread: I do think that compatibility is a significant consideration. The DSE801, RN4072 and BE112, although not identical, all have interchangable parts ... and their atomizers can be used with the Prodigy (and, I believe, the other high-voltage fat boys). I've not used the 201. I just know that I love my 801, in and of itself (it's so light, smooth-drawing, and elegant-looking) and connected to my powerhouse Prodigy.

BTW, I don't understand the appeal of the Janty Stick. Is it the cheaper cost (relative to the Prodigy or GG)? Does it pack any more power (3.7v) than an 801 battery? [I get that the battery doesn't need to be recharged as often.] But if you're ready to go for klunky looking, why not get some power to go with it (and avoid an off-center atomizer/mouthpiece connection).

Much of the above comes from a playful mood. [I recently posted a serious piece about the FDA report (search for "obfuscation") and I needed a break.]:)

Can you possibly tell me a bit more about creating the air holes in your M201 attys? Of course, a picture would also be totally welcomed. ;-)

I'm dying to get the M201 atomizer working on my Prodigy, and it sounds like you've successfully drilled them yourself...

Thanks in advance!
