Welcome fellow Alaskan. The pluid will etch the tank on the nova. And if you're gonna use the nova, I would highly encourage moding it with a SS wick.

Flavor- Strong but smooth black licorice. I liken it to Jagermeister.

Here's pluid in a vivi. This was last Friday. Day one if my pluid vs. Vivi test.

Well I'd have to dedicate a tank for noting but the pluid then. Small price to pay. Still researching for a good supplier for 316 ss mesh cloth. Best value I have found yet is from a manufacturer over the pond.

Nothing like cotton or silica. Mostly there is no flavor left after a wash and dry burn. But strong flavors have been known to linger a bit. Pluid and menthol lingers.
