Correct me if I am wrong but I was under the impression that the only thing different between the 10 and the 20 was the Nicotine Content. I thought the flavor was about the same with both right? Same with the cutter I think.

There are two places that sell Pluid, one of them ships out of the USA but I don't remember which.. once someone chimes in with which one go over there, make an account, and put yourself on the notification list so you get an email when it's in stock. When you get the email - RUN - and order some, it sells out really fast.
