50/50 would get you to 10mg, assuming you got it direct. If you got it from 310, its already at 10mg.

Indeed it does, the math carries. The cutter has no nic so will always "cut" the Pluid proportionally to how you mix it.
Yep, that's the purpose of the cutter.
If you used plain PG / VG you'd cut the nic in the same manner, but there'd be a flavor loss also.
Since the cutter is full flavor, the only thing you "may" loose in addition to nic is a small amount of color, but my guess is that you'll barely notice, if at all, and your tase buds surely won't care...

cool...so if i have 30ml of cutter and add that to 30ml of PLuid 10mg... i will have 60ml of pluid at 5mg?
