I can smell Pluid on the connector on my Provari when I remove my ZAP. A swab of the socket with a paper towel shows some liquid. This stuff has supernatural qualities.

The insulator in the wick hole can be removed without much of a problem on the ZAP's, it allows you to use a slightly larger wick if you wish to. The problem is that IF they are speaking of the insulator between the atomizer base and the center post then WILL be a problem because that insulator must be there in order for the device to work. the Center post must be insulated in all genesis devices in order for the entire thing to operate. If not then it is a dead short I believe is what it is called because if the positive post contacts the body which is what the negative wire is attacked to then there is no solid circuit being made.

This is what a Properly built coil and wick should look like. Take special note of the white insulator at the base of the center post, (Center right of the bottom lit coil), if that is the piece that is being melted then that creates a problem. If it is the insulator around the hole the wick goes in that is no big deal with a properly Oxidized wick as you can see because my Mini did which is what this atty is does not have any insulation between the wick and the hole it goes in.

The zenesis is the only genesis device I know of that has a wick insulator, its made of PTFE *Teflon* I will not use a teflon inuslator because at higher temps teflon CAN become toxic and cause sickness, its usually after temps exceed 200°C and the coils dont get that hot, but why take the chance! Plus I think it wicks better w/o it
Not worried for insulator but that plastic thing inside the positive post and where the retractable connector is popping out. I have full strength on the way and would be nice if someone can confirm its not that wat is melting. Spare parts are hard to get over here.
I do not own any Zen atty's but I cannot imagine pluid is melting it. I would think it would do the same to my DID's and I have three of those and a Cobra that I have been running pluid through for over a month and a half now and there is no signs of damage from it. I did completely kill a Chinese Knockoff though because my bottom coil was too close to the insulator and overheated it to the melting point.
Sucked too because that knockoff mini DID was a vape machine almost as good as my real one.Hopefully someone with a Zen will come by and verify this

Thanks m8, yes now i think about it the insulator on dids probably the same material. This my first time full strength and after seeing that lavatank + that zap comment i got bit worried.
Per tracking it's still in Cali, but estimated delivery date was the 16th. :\

Don't get me wrong, it's not melting like the wicked witch of the west. It has softened a touch and begun to leak down the center post.
And yes I'm talking about the center post insulator. I find pluid on my 510 connection. Same goes for my positive contact of my iHybrid. When I take my battery out I find a little pluid on it.

First Class and Priority Mail are handled the same way and in most cases arrive at the same time. Be happy you saved $2.
Case is correct. Priority is part of first class shipping a is usually uses for packages of 13oz, under 13oz can be shipped as first class, first class is usually used for smaller items and therefor cheaper
