It's been a long, long time since I've posted but I just had to drop in and give some kudos where they are well deserved.
A little over a year ago my wife and I each got a Bombshell vaporizer from HotVapes.Com. After better than a year of use, my wife started having trouble with her switch on Monday. I emailed Tim to enquire about a replacement on Tuesday, talked to Tim by phone on Wednesday night to place the order and this morning we had a new top and two new batteries for my wife's vaporizer in the mail.
Tim was super helpful when I spoke to him and the shipment of our order was amazingly fast. Plus he threw in the usual gratis samples of juice which my wife immediately ran off with.
FWIW- I run my Bombshell at 6 volts while my wife is content at 3.5. After a year of use, mine is still kicking like a champ.
All in all, I give Hot Vapes my highest reccommendation and the Bombshell vaporizer is definitely da' bomb!
