Is your Business family run? Also how many are there of you? Do you all come on ECF?
It is! There is me of course, my husband, Jessica is my 19-year old daughter who most often works the counter, she is a full-time college student majoring in business. I am proud to say that she is the artist of our logo! She is very artistic and talented and we were lucky to have her, we love the MaddCatt! Her father died last year of COPD and Emphysema, so often times people who knew her father come in and chat for a bit and tell a few stories about her father. She is a people person and the customers love seeing her, sometimes when I'm there, they say where is Jess...!?!! *sigh* *huge proud Mommy grin*
Also, there is Ivy, she is 8 yrs old and is often asking, "Do you need cartomizers with that?" or begging to ring someone up (and there are customers who actually request Ivy to ring them up!). Once in awhile, she rides her scooter straight through the vape lounge! It's sort of funny, she is not allowed but we have a few customers who always dare her to do it! We all get a good laugh. She is also our go to person to take inventory, loves to count and takes her job very seriously!
My mother-in-law, Gloria, who is nearly 70 years old has a desk and teaches newbies to fill cartos, tanks, and helps them learn how to take care of their e-cigarette in her thick New York accent, where she is originally from. She is a retired Legal Secretary and will run to the post office in a heartbeat to get out a last minute order. She also does a good job at keeping the coffee on, we offer free coffee to our customers and they depend on it being there. She is priceless and we are lucky to have her! Tonight she swept the floor for us!
There is also a close family friend, Jeff, who also mixes while attending school and wants to be a police detective, like his father was. He is book of knowledge and has more mods than we have juice...lol! He definitely could answer any hardware question, he should be on like E-cig Jeopardy! He introduced me to the E-cigarette and so the story goes.
It's a great group and I wouldn't trade them for the world!
We are not all on ECF. There are strict rules regarding suppliers and the rules require only one account, so you are stuck with me! No affiliates or employees can have a separate account and that is to ensure fairness to all suppliers and for the protection of the ECF users.
