MaddCatt Vapors - Because it's a Madd Madd World!!!

I learned the hard way and very early about batteries! I now keep one charging at the office, at MaddCatt and at home, plus I always try to take an extra one with me that is charged. I was shopping in Hagerstown a few months ago and broke mine, it was panic....

I can see now why that would cause a panic! I was wondering if it would hurt if one was kept on the charger all the time. I didn't think it would but I didn't want to take a chance and blow one up! I won't have that problem now after I stop down today, I'll be prepared!

Thanks for the description of the shortcake vs the st waffles. I love both things in real life, so I couldn't make an easy decision, but went with the waffles this time. I'll try the shortcake soon though I'm sure! I did try the shortcake that day you were there and it was very good! 120 ml of it?? You MUST like it! And btw, how could you lose a whole bottle of something that good? just picking! Guess it's time to get ready for the day now, so have a good one!

Campfiregirl if you ever want some answers post on my page or PM me and I will try to help any way I can. I know it's hard when you first start out. I was lucky when I found ECF about 1 1/2 months into my starting. But I lurked for a long time before I signed up here. Researching everything I could. But there is always something new also I still get lost in this BiG place. But it's so fun!! I wouldn't keep a batt plugged in all the time. If you charge it and its off it should be good. The batt may catch fire if you left it plugged in all the time.

Yeah, I keep it pretty simple when making a drink. More often than not if I'm making a bloody Mary its while I'm out camping and since I just have a Lil Scion xb to get all our stuff in a whole bunch of bottles doesn't really work. If you like bloody marys and you like beer then you should like a michelada. Great beverage for those lazy afternoons outside.

On the topic of batteries giving up on you, that was another reason I went to tube mods. I just carry a spare set of 18350 cells with me. When i was carrying a twist or ego battery I had the pcc at all times with a fresh battery on it. Great purchase if you want to carry that type of battery daily

Andy, I would have guess you would have a good Bloody Mary recipe! I haven't ever made or drank a Michelada, but it would be good it you wanted a "lower octane" Bloody Mary.

I always try to embrace the "worst" day b/c then it is downhill from there, but not with this one. I am so happy to be feeling better, have lots of MaddCatting to do for Halloween!

I've seen several posts from people with a respiratory virus - pretty bad from the sounds of it.
Perhaps the flu is early this year?

I agree with Lettucehead, don't overdo it when you get back to work, you'll just wear yourself down even more! But I hope you are feeling better!
